Swallowdale riverside holiday home has its own private decking overlooking the River Yare where you can fish in season. The fishing season is closed between the 15th of March and the 16th of June inclusive. A valid Environment Agency rod licence is required to fish the waters of the Norfolk Broads.There is a variety of fish species including Bream, Eels, Rudd, Perch, Roach, Tench and Pike.There is a bait fridge in the shed for you to store your bait and plenty of storage space for all your fishing equipment.
There are 3 pipes fixed to the edge of the decking which take the adjustable rod rests that are in the shed
There is a maggot vending machine at A R Peachment, which is on the opposite side of the road to Swallowdale holiday home heading back towards Brundall Railway Station.
